Hi ! Alice ,
I’m glad to hear from you ,
I hope what I said can help you .
Yours ,
Liu Ming
Do you meet things like this?” I have met things like this. / I have never met things like this. 而且,来信的第一句话为” I’m so sad。”, 所以第一部分内容可以表示安慰 “ Don’t worry” 或者表示理解对方的感受 “I can understand you。”
l If it’s not a lot of money, you can lend it to her。
2 If she wants to borrow a lot of money from you, you’d better advise her to ask her parents for help.
3 If you decide to help her, then trust her, because she is your close friend。
l Friendship is more important than money, if your close friend needs help, you are supposed to give him / her a hand and trust him / her.
2 We students don’t have jobs to earn money but depend on our parents, when we need some money, it’s always a better choice to ask our parents for help instead of turn to our friends. Meanwhile, we should be honest to our parents.
I used to have the same problem, but I have solved it successfully.
As for your problem, I think it will be a good idea to lend her the money, as an old saying goes, “A friend in need is a friend indeed.” If you think Angela is your friend, why not give her trust and try your best to help her? What’s more, if you are afraid that she won’t pay the money back, you can ask her patiently for it. Writing a letter will also be a good way for you.
In my opinion, friends should trust each other and respect each other. Friendship is just like the warm sunshine in winter, it plays an important rule in our lives. We should appreciate that sunshine.
All in all, helping your friends and you will never regret.

Hi! Alice,
I’m glad to hear from you. Here are my suggestions.
I think it’s a good idea for you to ask her how much money does she need and why does she need it at first. If she needs a large number of money, you shouldn’t lend her. You could tell her that students are not allowed to decide the way to use such a lot of money. And if her reasons of borrowing money are not necessary at all, you don’t need to lend her your money. You can advise her to spend money on something useful. Meanwhile, if you think her reason is quite proper and you do have some money, then weather to do it is up to you. However, it’s not bad for you to lend her the money if you had got her permission.
Although I don’t have the same problem as you, borrowing money from friends is always quite questionable. In my opinion, it’s not a good way of borrowing money, especially from friends or classmates. If students need money, they could tell their parents, if their reasons sound logical enough; their parents must be willing to lend them money. When someone runs out of money, the real friends will never lend you money help you buy fashion clothes which are just for showing of or something like this.
I hope my suggestions can help you deal with this problem.
Yours,
Liu Ming
Hi! Alice,
I’m glad to hear from you. Don’t worry. I’ll give you a hand.
You said your friend Angela wanted to borrow money from you but you are afraid she won’t pay you back. If I were you, I would lend her the money if she really needs it. You should believe her because she is your close friend.
Although I think friendship depends on believing, I don’t think it is a good way to borrow money from friends. So you’d better tell her that she should try to make money by herself rather than borrow from others. And I also think teenagers should save money and they could use it when they need.
I hope what I said can help you.
Yours,
Liu Ming
Hi! Alice,
I’m glad to hear from you. You don’t need to worry about this. I think I am here to help you out.
Just like you, I have experienced the same problem. If you really think that she is your close friend, you should lend her some money. A day or some days later, if she doesn’t return it, you could just ask her for the money. Trust me, it is not a big deal. And then, if she always borrows your money without giving it back, you will probably find out that she isn’t a very responsible person. It is not bad for you, isn’t it? However, you don’t even need to worry, perhaps she will return the only just tomorrow morning and say “Thank you!” come on, just be happy!
Yours,
Liu Ming
Hi! Alice,
I’m glad to hear from you. Don’t be nervous. I have had the same problem as you. and I think I could give you some suggestions.
First, I think you should ask her the reason of borrowing money. If she wants to do something just like playing computer games, you could refuse her politely. But if she really needs the money to do good things like books, you can consider lending her the money.
Second, if you are afraid she won’t pay you back, why not write it down? Write down how much money she has borrowed from you and when she promises to give it back, then sign your names. It would be the fairest way to keep both of you happy.
If I were you, I won’t be worry about it any more. After all, she is a close friend of yours! As we always say,“Friendship is more important than money” You will trust her, won’t you?
I hope what I said can help you.
Yours,
Liu Ming
