I enjoy stories just because of the good memories in my childhood. When I was a little kid, I always fell fast asleep with the sweet stories told by mom and dad.
    Of course, not only can a good story help the little kids have a good dream, but also it can improve us in many ways. For example, a good story about how the person you admire became successful can teach you how to hold on to your dreams and achieve it through efforts. 
    Now, I’m eager to share my story about Deng Yaping, the famous Chinese table tennis world champion. When she was young, her coach thought she had no talent for the sport. However, with a strong will in her mind, Deng never gave up and practiced hard. As you know, she became the number one in the world in the end. The story influences me so much that I will think of it whenever I want to stop on the way to my dream.

Last week, Class Three had a discussion about whether teenagers should take part in the long-distance running.
Last week, Class Three had a discussion about whether teenagers should take part in the long-distance running. Some students thought teenagers are supposed to do it. They thought running is good for our health. It can make us more active, which can be really helpful to our study. Long-distance running can also make us strong-minded.
But some students felt differently. They thought we are under too much pressure and we have no time to exercise, on the other hand, long-distance running is so dangerous that teenagers may get injured.
I think teenagers should take part in the long-distance running. As students, we should be strong enough to face all kinds of challenges in our life. Of course, when we do the long-distance running, we should pay attention to our safety. Safety comes first after all.

Recently, there are more and more entertainment shows on TV. They have come out to entertain people, including us teenagers. However, to watch them or not is a question. Here comes two voices. Some think it is a good way to relax and benefit a lot from them. Others think it is just a waste of time and would take up the study time.
In my opinion, I guess I have got a lot from those shows like The Voice of China. I can always get inspirations from the singers who are strong-minded enough to achieve their dreams. What impressed me most is that they never give up their goals. From the show, I realize that everyone has a hero in their hearts. Although the shows catch my eyes, I plan my time well to meet my study. 
Each coin has two sides. It just depends on who you are, doesn’t it? 

“不管红灯、绿灯，凑够一撮人就可以过马路。”这就是网上戏言的“中国式过马路”。这种现象反映出很多人遵守交通规则的意识淡薄。你怎么看待这一现象？现在请你根据以下三点提示写一篇短文。

Traffic rules are made by people and for people. They are made for a reason. If we don’t obey the traffic rules, we will not only hurt ourselves, but also get others in danger, or even cause a traffic jam. We don’t want to see any of these happened. So it’s clear we should obey the traffic rules.
    As a middle school student, I usually obey the rules. I look at the light first while crossing the street -- if the light is red, I’ll wait until it turns green. But to tell you the truth, sometimes when I am in a hurry I go across the street with a group of people even though the red light is on. I can’t imagine how dangerous it is. I won’t do that again.
And that’s not enough. Next time when I see others break the traffic rules, I will stop them by telling them the importance of obeying the rules. All in all, only when everyone can obey the rules, will the traffic be better and will our country be a safer place to live in!
